Wow! This is a short video of the Palo Duro Canyon Texas Fly-In held
in Wayside Texas by the (B.A.R.F) Club. (Bay Area Recreational Flyers).
Thanks to the club we were able to camp with them along the rim of the
Canyon, the second largest Canyon in the USA, other then the Grand
Canyon and tag along with them through four states flying in some of the
most beautiful country I have ever seen. Unfortunately mother nature
didn’t quite corporate with us. The winds were way to high to fly safely
as you can see in the video so we left Texas for New Mexico, then onto
Arizona and then into Utah. Had some of the best times ever, meeting
some of the club members and flying with them in all the different areas
and can’t leave out the eating, and I’m talking about EATING. These
people know they can cook up some good grub. My bride and I would like to say special thanks to everyone in the group
for letting us tag along for such a memorable trip of a life time and
now we’re Proud Members of the B.A.R.F Club.

Copper Breaks State Park, Quanah Texas
The Journey continues. Had a two day stop over at the very nice Copper
Breaks State Park, Quanah Texas. Very nice staff and very clean park and
interesting covered picnic tables. It was
very helpful on blocking that N.W. wind. Also had a very nice museum to
visit. Had lakes to fish in and lots of trails to hike. Thanks for
watching and don’t forget to Subscribe if you like what you see.
Lake Arrowhead State Park, Wichita Falls, Texas
Had a nice little stop over at Lake Arrowhead State Park just outside
Wichita Falls, Texas. Extremely friendly staff and the campgrounds were
very clean, Although some were closed
either for winter or maintenance, not sure which one. The lake is a
16,400 acre lake with 9 lanes of boat ramps feeding it. In the center of
our campground was a prairie dog town. I know they can be a nuisance to
some but they were quite fun to watch in the park. If you like what you

Cleburne State Park, Cleburne, Texas
Had a wonderful relaxing week at the Beautiful Cleburne State Park,
Cleburne, Texas. The Park was very clean, the staff was very nice and
helpful. Beautiful Lake to fish, swim, Kayak
or canoe in. Plenty of shade to camp under due to the Old Growth Cedars
Trees. All around, everything was excellent. If you like what you see
