Zip Linning The Canyons, Ocala, Florida

We camped at the Beautiful Silver Springs State Park for our third time and still loving it. The campground has lots of shade and lots of room, plenty of very nice hiking trails, one just minutes from the beautiful Silver River. Did I mention that the bath houses were spotless. OK, in this video I wanted to show you some of the excursions we did while staying at Silver Springs State Park. Part 1 is just minutes away from the park (Zip Lining the Canyons) Ocala, Florida. WE’RE BACK! Midday Flight in the Airwolf

Wow, After a few months being out of country in Europe I’m back in the air with the Airwolf. This is a midday fun flight with my son-n-law, his first flight. I think you can see in the video how much he enjoyed his first Powered Parachute Flight, over South Central Florida.

Top to the Bottom of Florida Fly-In

Jim Dees, a good friend of mine is planning this Top to the bottom of Florida fly-in. I am planning a different kind of fly-in, it will be cross country flight from St Marys, Ga. (4J6) to Homestead, Fl (X51) then to Key West, Fl.(EWY) (You may trailer the PPC’s down to Key West if you do not want to fly over water) I am looking at 4-6 days and flying no more than 115 miles a day. You may fly the whole thing or join up any place on the way. It will be the first week of Nov. Several stops will be at Class D airports so you will need a tower endorsement and I can help you with that if needed.
If flying the Homestead, Fl (X51) to Key West, Fl.(EWY) Leg you are required a PFD (personal flotation device) and I recommend a flotation device for the PPC and an Elliptical wing. You will need your own chase crew.

Visiting Family in Branford, Florida, Lafayette County

Toward the end of our 4 month Journey from Florida to California and back we stopped back by Branford Florida and had a wonderful time visiting our Niece and Nephew and Great Niece’s and Great Nephew in Branford Florida. Stayed at the Ichetucknee Springs Campground. The good thing about the park was, it is close to the spring and our family, the bad, it could use some serious maintenance, especially on the road getting into the campground.

Rivers Edge RV Campground, Holt, Florida

A nice little campground, Rivers Edge RV Campground, Holt, Florida. Conveniently located 1.5 miles off of I-10 on the South side of interstate. A great over night place , or spend a few days. A great thing about it was NO noise from I-10 and it’s located on the beautiful Yellow River with excellent fishing when the water is low. Convenient laundry and full hook ups.We will be staying there again. Not bad for $15.00 a night Pass Port America. Nice big lots ,Packed sand but nice. Located 10 miles from Crestview Fl. and 30 miles to Pensacola, Florida.
