Ringing Rocks, Whitehall Montana
This is a short little video showing you the difference of normal rocks
and Ringing Rocks. The Ringing Rocks are located in the mountains between
Butte and Whitehall, Montana and is notable for a large tone of ringing
boulders. They formed from a deep-seated vent of a volcano which
erupted 76 million years ago. If you remove the rocks they will no
longer ring. They even furnish the hammers so you can play your tune.
Thanks for watching.
